Registration Fee

Please kindly note:

1. The Registration includes access to meals and coffee breaks during the conference, and conference material.

2. Accommodation and transportation is NOT included in the registration fee.

3. The registered student must provide a valid student ID at the conference.

Discount for Student Teams

The conference provides a registration fee discount for Student teams. For every four participants in a student team, one person's registration fee will be waived.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

To receive a registration fee refund, Registrants must send a written request to the Secretariat of the meeting Organizing Committee at xiamenhippo@163.com to cancel the registration no later than Oct.31^th, 2025. 80% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested after the deadline.
